What are your hours of operation?
Each clinic location has different opening hours. To see hours of operation for your local clinic, start by finding your local clinic here: Find A Clinic.
Our patient care team is available 7 days a week by phone at 1-877-522-1275:
- Mon-Fri: 4am - 8pm (pacific time)
- Sat-Sun: 8am - 6pm (pacific time)
Is Ideal Option an intensive outpatient program (IOP)?
Ideal Option is not an IOP, but we can refer out to IOP treatment agencies.
Is Ideal Option a residential/inpatient treatment program?
No, Ideal Option is not a residential or inpatient program. We provide treatment in an outpatient setting that feels like a primary care clinic, allowing patients to maintain relationships with family and take advantage of employment opportunities.
Does Ideal Option do virtual / remote visits from home?
If you are a new patient, we require you to start treatment in person at one of our outpatient clinics unless special circumstances temporarily prevent you from getting to the clinic. Please be aware that Arkansas state regulations require all new patients to be seen in person for their first appointment. After your first three visits, occasional virtual/remote visits can be requested due to circumstances such as clinic closures, weather, and illness.
