Insurance & Billing

How much does treatment cost?

For the majority of our patients who are Medicaid members, the costs of treatment is fully covered besides a small co-pay. For Medicare and commercially insured patients, the co-pay varies depending on the plan you are enrolled in. You can contact our insurance verification team for an explanation of your benefits including any out-of-pockets costs before your first appointment.

An Ideal Option financial counselor will work with you to apply for Medicaid, financial hardship assistance, or to develop an affordable payment plan for your treatment or even co-pays if you are insured. If you are uninsured and inelgible for Medicaid, we offer a low-priced monthly subscription plan that offers unlimited provider visits, lab testing and nurse care support. If you are committed to your recovery but experiencing financial duress, we will do everything possible to help you. Please contact us and ask to speak with a financial counselor today.

We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, and most private insurances. For a list of all the insurance providers we work with, please visit this page. If you're uninsured, we can help. Please call 1-877-522-1275 to speak with one of our financial counselors.
