Your provider will go over your lab results during your appointment. Ideal Option also provides patients with a convenient, secure online portal through Healow. Using Healow, you can access medical records, lab results, appointments, payments, and visit summaries.

Mobile Instructions:

1. Download the Healow app from the App Store or Google Play
2. Enter practice code DJHFAD
3. Select Ideal Option (disregard clinic address)
4. Enter your name, date of birth, and create a PIN

Desktop Instructions:

1. Click here to access the web portal
2. If you are a new user, click on "using mobile phone"
3. Enter you first name, last name, and date of birth
4. Enter the verification code sent to your phone and log in

Note: You must have an email address on file with Ideal Option in order to access the portal. You can add your email using the kiosk in the clinic at your next visit or contact us to provide your email. 

You can also complete this form to request your records. Please note that processing can take up to 3 weeks.
